LANDMARK PLACE

Landmark Place, Slough

Landmark Place, formerly home to the council’s MyCouncil customer drop-in centre, is being transformed into 89 contemporary apartments, with completion expected in 2026. The development will feature a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom flats, with prices starting from £260,000.

Ideally located in the heart of the town, the former office building offers residents immediate access to a variety of high street retailers and restaurants, with Queensmere Observatory Shopping Centre and Slough railway station both less than a 10-minute walk away. The four-storey redevelopment will provide car parking, cycle storage, and additional storage facilities, while the ground floor will incorporate new retail units to enhance the local area.

James Bryan Lloyd has been appointed as the main contractor for the Landmark Place redevelopment, bringing extensive expertise and experience to the successful delivery of the scheme.
