Adam Gee
Adam's career began 20 years ago with the growth of a buy-to-let portfolio, acquiring properties with refurbishment potential to later sell for a profit. His keen eye for detail and natural flair for construction led him to expand into the industry, where he played a key role in growing a construction company, driving it to an annual turnover of £10 million. With over 15 years of experience in property development and construction, he later founded JBL with the vision of establishing it as a market leader. As the strategic and commercial lead at JBL, Adam leverages his deep industry expertise to shape marketing strategies, drive business development, and foster strong client relationships. His extensive experience and leadership are instrumental in accelerating company growth, increasing revenue, and spearheading expansion initiatives. Through his strategic vision and business acumen, Adam continues to propel JBL’s success.
Commercial Director
Jaymie Kelly
Jaymie boasts over 25 years of robust managerial experience, having led prominent tier 1 main contractors with projects exceeding £1 billion across various sectors. His extensive tenure has equipped him with invaluable cross-sector exposure and a keen strategic insight, enabling him to adeptly construct teams and formulate strategies for executing sophisticated and multifaceted projects. With a proven track record, Jaymie consistently demonstrates his ability to deliver projects seamlessly from inception to completion within stringent timelines and budgetary constraints.

Saj Nair
With over 23 years of expertise in the construction industry, Saj is a highly accomplished Chartered Construction Professional, recognised for his excellence in the residential, commercial, and retail sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed a wide variety of projects, including high-end residential developments, complex commercial infrastructures, and dynamic retail spaces.
Saj’s strategic vision, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to quality have made him a leader in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and sustainability. His deep industry knowledge and proven track record make him a trusted partner in tackling the challenges of urban construction and driving innovation in project management.

Duncan offers strategic advice to support expansion, while helping maintain focus on unmatched quality, customer experience and integrity.
Senior Accountant
Dylan Hill
Dylan brings over a decade of experience across finance, advisory and commercial strategy. He began his career in professional practice, where he qualified and developed expertise in financial reporting, structuring and strategic advisory.
At JBL, he works closely with the leadership team to provide clear financial direction, strong governance and insight to support long-term growth. He also supports the financial leadership of the National Housing Group, helping to align JBL’s commercial capability with initiatives focused on delivering sustainable, high-quality housing.
